We certify our hotel through a comprehensive plan, obtaining a HEALTH CERTIFICATE that endorses our processes.

We installed a nebulizer effect sanitizing arch for people and luggage, infrared thermometers to take the temperature of the staff and guests before checking in.

Cleaning care

We use in our cleaning processes a quaternary-based germicidal disinfectant product used even in hospital clinics. The technical sheets are at your disposal.

We will keep the filters of the air conditioning units permanently disinfected for your greater confidence

Pool

The pool will operate under special surveillance, taking care to maintain our alkalinity and chlorine parameters, slightly above what is set by the NOM.
